The collection consists photographs accumulated by Esther Klatt between about 1920-1985. Included are photographs of the development of Edwards beginning in the 1970s and continuing into the 1980s, along with some family photographs from the 1950s and 1970s. Also included are application approvals for the construction of Interstate 70 through Eagle County. Copies of the approved applications were given to residents whose land was affected, which included Esther Klatt.
